  1. Hire staff that have a happy demeanour
  2. Smile when greeting customers
  3. Be attentive to customer needs
  4. Have a can do attitude to customer requests
  5. Be friendly to everyone who visits your business
  6. Say goodbye as they leave your premises or even better say “see you next time!”
