Drumming Up New Customers and Sales

Do you need customers and sales fast? Here are five ideas of how you can drum up sales for your business.

  • Contact all people or businesses you have worked with before to discuss new work possibilities.
  • Make contact with past customers and organise a special promotion to entice them back
  • Take out advertisements to find new customers
  • Hold a special event or sponsor an event that your target market might attend e.g. stall at festival, family fun day, wine tasting afternoon. The event attracts the people and you can then sell your services
  • Creative Collaboration – “you scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours” work with other businesses to cross promote each other’s products or services e.g. bookkeeping and accountants, clothes store and hairdresser
